This privacy notice is provided by Eren Yılmazer, a sole proprietorship (“Pronto Depo”), for the services offered under the Pronto Depo brand, in accordance with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Scope of this notice
This notice covers visitors to our website, people who submit our quote and application form, people who contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and representatives and employees of our prospective and existing customers (sellers).
For the order and delivery data of the buyers (end consumers) of the sellers we serve, Pronto Depo acts as a data processor on behalf of the relevant seller, who is the data controller. Buyers may exercise their rights under KVKK primarily against the seller they purchased from.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or biometric data) in the form or notes.
4. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and assessing quote and application requests, and preparing and sending your tailored quote,
- Contacting you about your request and scheduling facility visits,
- Conducting pre-contract discussions and contract processes,
- Managing customer relationships,
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse,
- Complying with legal obligations and responding to competent authorities,
- Sending campaigns, news and promotions, if you have given consent.
5. Legal grounds
- KVKK Art. 5/2-c: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quote and pre-contract processes),
- KVKK Art. 5/2-ç: processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation of the controller,
- KVKK Art. 5/2-f: processing is necessary for Pronto Depo’s legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (information security, improving our services),
- KVKK Art. 5/1 (explicit consent): only for commercial electronic messages. Your consent under Law No. 6563 is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) and can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the quote and application form on our website, the pricing calculator, email, phone and WhatsApp. Values you enter in the pricing calculator never leave your browser unless you submit the form.
7. Transfers of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and in proportion to them, to:
- suppliers providing website hosting, form infrastructure, email and communication services (to the extent necessary to provide the service),
- our business partners (such as carriers) if a service relationship is established,
- competent public authorities upon request.
Where service providers based outside Türkiye are used for the website and form infrastructure, transfers are made with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of KVKK (such as the standard contract published by the Board). Buyer data processed as part of fulfillment services is stored on servers in Türkiye.
8. Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation. Quote requests that do not result in a contract are kept for no more than two (2) years from the request date and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Your consent to commercial electronic messages is kept until you withdraw it.
9. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
10. How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, you can send your request together with information identifying you: in writing to our address above, with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an email address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our systems to kvkk@prontodepo.com.tr. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process entails an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
