01 Is there a monthly minimum for orders or inventory?

No. Our model is pay-as-you-go: we don’t require any monthly minimum order volume or inventory commitment. From new brands to sellers shipping hundreds of orders a day, everyone works with the same transparent pricing, and unit prices drop tier by tier as order volume grows.

02 Can I keep using my own contracted shipping labels on Trendyol and Hepsiburada?

Yes. Your marketplace orders ship with the marketplace’s shared shipping label under your own marketplace agreement. Our system pulls the label from the marketplace automatically and prints it at the packing desk, and shipping continues to be billed through the marketplace, just as it is today.

03 How is invoicing (e-Invoice / e-Archive) handled?

You issue your sales invoices through your own e-Invoice / e-Archive provider; for marketplace orders the process stays the same. For orders from your own site, you can upload documents to the portal or connect your system, and documents are matched to orders automatically. Pronto Depo issues a single monthly service invoice for storage and handling, and you can download the itemized breakdown as CSV from your portal.

04 Do you label products that don’t have barcodes?

Yes. During receiving, products without barcodes are assigned an internal barcode generated by our system for use inside the warehouse, and labels are printed and applied. That way these products are also scanned and verified during picking and packing. An internal barcode does not replace an EAN-13: if your product needs a retail barcode (EAN-13), it has to be obtained from GS1 Türkiye.

05 How do expiry dates and batch/lot tracking work for food or cosmetics?

At receiving, the lot number and expiry date of every product are recorded; on GS1-128 barcoded cartons, this data is captured automatically by scanning. Orders are picked by FEFO, from the lot with the nearest expiry date. Products that are near expiry, lack sufficient shelf life or have expired are listed separately in your portal and excluded from sellable stock.

06 What is the cut-off time for same-day shipping?

Orders received by 2 PM, Monday to Saturday, are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders received after that leave with the first dispatch on the next working day. If a marketplace sets an earlier handover deadline, our system follows it.

07 What happens when customer returns arrive at the warehouse?

Returns are received at our returns desk using the return code, order number or tracking number, and every item is inspected individually. Intact items are put back on the shelf and made available for sale again; damaged or defective items go to the damaged area, and opened items are quarantined with a reason. All outcomes are reported in your portal.

08 How are contracts, insurance and data protection (KVKK) handled?

Before we start, we sign a written service agreement that sets out the scope, prices and responsibilities. Our warehouse is camera-monitored and your products are covered by goods-in-custody insurance. Under KVKK (Türkiye’s data protection law), we process your buyers’ data on your behalf as a data processor, solely to deliver orders. Data is stored encrypted on servers in Türkiye, seller data is isolated at the database level, and administrator access is protected with two-factor authentication.
