This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Pronto Depo website (the “Site”) operated by Eren Yılmazer, a sole proprietorship (“Pronto Depo”), and how you can manage your preferences. For details on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Notice (KVKK). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit a website. They can be used to make a site work, keep it secure, measure visits or personalize advertising.
2. Your cookie preferences
On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept all non-essential cookies, reject them all or choose by category. Non-essential cookies are never used without your permission, and continuing to browse does not count as consent. You can change your choice at any time by or with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, after which we ask again.
3. Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Secure and correct operation of the Site, remembering your cookie choice | Not required | Always on |
| Analytics | Statistics on visits and how pages are used | Your explicit consent | Not currently used |
| Marketing | Measuring ad campaigns and personalized advertising | Your explicit consent | Not currently used |
The Site does not currently use any analytics or marketing tools. If we add one, we will list its name, provider and retention period in this policy, and it will only run in the categories you allow.
4. Information stored in your browser
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the name pronto-consent. It contains only the categories
you chose and the date of your choice, and it is not sent to our servers.
Values you enter in the pricing calculator are calculated only in your browser; they are not sent to any server unless you submit the quote form, and they are not stored permanently in your browser.
5. Third-party links
Our Site contains links to services such as WhatsApp, email and the Pronto Depo Seller Portal (panel.prontodepo.com.tr). When you follow these links, the cookie and privacy policies of those services apply.
6. Changes
We update this policy whenever the cookies we use change. The current text applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. In browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, these settings are usually found under “Privacy and security”.
